There is a problem with the US educational pattern. The current mentality is to finish high school and go straight to college; chasing an expensive degree that takes years to obtain. When many students graduate from college, they have huge debts and limited ability to find a job.
Meanwhile the IT job market has exploded. Additionally, the accessibility of information and IT coursework online has never been greater. There is more than enough information online for a driven student to be able to gain a basic understanding and grounding in application development. But it’s often hard for one to know “how to get started”.
This is where ClearTechEd can help. We offer a path that can short circuit the high-priced, four-year degree and prepare people in the US for coding jobs that do not require relocation. It can be overwhelming when learning something new and complicated. Rather than assuming everyone that is interested in learning to code online can “do it on their own”, our experienced mentors will help guide learners through the process. We know from experience that you can become a decent coder without taking on a traditional four-year degree and we are committed to helping people on that journey.
Clear Tech Education is founded and supported by experienced software engineers. We know what the industry needs and are committed to creating the link between tech jobs and US local hires.

The work-from-home/remote model is quickly becoming an adopted practice throughout corporate America, especially since Covid. There is no need to have centralized physical offices when virtual office work is easy and cost-effective. This provides employees with a more achievable opportunity for work/life balance, and provides employers the ability to reduce facility and materials costs.

We work directly with educators in American High Schools to identify candidates for the program.
Our focus is underserved areas of the country with a low rate of college attendance.

Our program is 100% online and accessible even on slower internet connections.
All coursework is learn at your own pace, with no strict schedules or classes.
3. Mentorship/Skill Development
Our mentors are all coding industry professionals with many years experience.
Mentors will be available to assist the students one on one.
Mentors will help guide them through the coursework and be available to answer any questions.

Director
Benjamin Quintana is an IT professional and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience delivering impactful solutions across a broad range of industries. Ben has a passion for business process
engineering as well as software design, and strongly believes that a software platform is only as good
as the surrounding operational processes it supports.
Throughout his career in Information Technology, Mr. Quintana has a proven track record of delivering quality systems to solve real world business problems. Ben has a reputation for building and leading high caliber technology teams and for forging meaningful relationships with his business partners. Ben’s greatest strengths derive from his ability to work at a variety of levels. He prides himself at being a man who can wear many hats, being as comfortable giving presentations to C-level executives in fortune 500 companies as he is writing code with hands on developers.
Mr. Quintana is able to bring real world experience and IT discipline to the table when building business strategy and roadmap, and can later translate that strategy to an IT team which will deliver a solution matching business needs.
Through happy coincident, Ben learned that he had an aptitude for computer science while earning a degree in physics from Princeton University. He has a passion for building, and although he is proud of the experiments that he built and deployed at the South Pole; the ferromagnetic cooling device that he built for NASA; and the many core software systems that he has constructed for companies both large and small; he is most proud of his wife and children.

Innovative, highly-adaptable and solution-oriented IT professional with over seventeen years of experience that includes: developing highly customized software-based solutions; planning implementations; and leading teams.
• Lead Technical Architect of inventing and implementing new custom solutions using a diverse set of highly specialized, software offerings on a special team to design custom-built systems where standard solutions and offerings otherwise fail to meet requirements.
• Influential “outside of the box” innovator with excellent communication skills often required to manage large groups of individuals in different silos to look beyond their normal skill set and offer something new and different. Given the sensitive nature of developing new solutions, continuously deployed to resolve difficult relationship situations with both clients and team members to achieve a high rate of satisfaction on both sides.
• Mastery of inventive thinking with respect to the lifecycle of: creative system and application architecture; implementation, integration, and administration of a highly customized solution; networks, hardware, and virtualized infrastructure with storage systems to support specialized solutions; scripting, system analysis, and troubleshooting as these solutions evolve; and project management and product development to ensure minimal problems and maximum customer satisfaction.
• Able to excel in collaborative environments. Known as an active participant and regular contributor of new and amended ideas while also being open to modification or dismissal of own ideas to optimize for the best possible outcome.

Shelly Quintana is assertive, organized, and innovative. She is a professional problem solver, jumping into projects to keep them on the right track. Responsible for everything from making sure everyone remembers eat to creative design, Shelly is the worker bee who keeps the company running. With years of managerial and administrative work under her belt, Shelly is a valuable asset to any team.
Shelly did not complete a collage education and still managed to have a successful career in the IT industry. Shelly believes strongly in this endeavor!
